What do I need to place an order?

To place an order:

  • You must be over 19 years or older.
  • Must have a valid shipping address.
  • Use a valid payment method, we accept e-transfer and Cryptocurrencies (we prefer Bitcoin, Ethereum or Ripple but we are open to all Cryptocurrencies. Please inquire).
How do I pay?

Our customers pay by Interac e-Transfer.  This is a cheap (normally $0.50 – $1.50) or sometimes free service depending on your particular bank or credit union paid by the sender. Please include your order number in the notes for quickest turnaround.

You can also pay by Cryptocurrency. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple. If you want to pay via another Cryptocurrency please inquire and we will accommodate. 

How Is My Order Shipped?

We strive to have orders processed and packages on the same or next day.  Actual delivery times once items have been dropped off at the post office. The delivery time is typically 2 to 3 days nationwide (with the exception of some very rural locations.) You are provided with a tracking code so you can accurately track your package.

How Much Is Shipping?

All orders totalling under $139 before discounts and taxes are subject to a $20 flat rate shipping charge, which will be added to your cart total before completing your purchase.  Orders over $139 have free shipping!

How do you package my shipment?

We understand that most people require discretion. So, we use generic prepaid envelopes or a plain white box to package your items. We then vacuum-seal and bubble wrap the contents for maximum discretion, protection and to seal in the freshness. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would advertise that you are taking magic mushrooms so no nosy neighbours would know it is anything other then a regular package from the post office. 

You’ll be provide a tracking number so you can track your order.

I haven't received my package, what do I do?

If you don’t get your package after two days past the expected delivery date, contact us. We can do a trace with Canada Post. If it is stuck in transit status, it has to be over 30 days before it can be deemed loss.

If there’s a trace done, Canada Post will do an investigation which may take 21 business days to finish. If they are able to find the package, they ship it to you and you’ll receive it a few days later. We don’t offer refunds if the package arrives late due to postal issues. Order at your own risk, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if your order is marked as delivered when tracking. Please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address. We do not return packages that have  an incorrect shipping address. Please let us know if you receive your package at a community mailbox (we will send it with a signature required to prevent theft). We only ship out packages with “signature required” when requested.

Shipping to Nunavut, Northern Ontario and Northern Quebec

Unfortunately, there are much higher % of postal thefts when shipping to Northern Quebec, Northern Ontario and Nunavut. We cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk. This means you will not receive a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes! All of our members information is stored in secure, SSL 256 bit encrypted servers. We will NEVER provide your personal info to anyone else – ever! We use the most updated technology possible to protect your privacy and discretion. Your information will be 100% confidential and private. If you still do not feel safe, you can delete your ID photo from our servers once your ID has been verified and you have your first order with us.
